Hi, One more thing to try before capturing a dump and opening a pmr is to try an HRECALL with the WAIT option. It appears that the recall request is queued up and not being selected for processing. No-wait type requests will wait indefinitely, but if there is something that is preventing Wait-type requests from being selected then it should either be failed or converted to Nowait. In either case, you should receive a message as to why that was done, which would help you know why the requests are not being selected for processing.
