Extremely close indeed.  There are legends that in the earliest days

be a necessary stopgap; it should never have been accepted as a long-term
solution.

I can do that right now.  From a Unix System services, I issue Rexx "address
TSO hmigrate DATA.SET.NAME" and watch messages appearing on my 3270
TSO session.
