It wasn't an "OR" question. :-) I wanted to see the JCL also. Adding in
syslog
might not hurt either. Are you sure FILE(DD1) is pointing to the correct
volser?
Is the object spelled wrong (hint look at the dump output compared to
your command) and / or an ISPF 3.4 VTOC list.
38 Explanation: For DELETE VVR, both the VVR and DSCB
were not found. Nothing was deleted.
Programmer Response: Informational message. Neither
the VVR nor the DSCB were found. The object name may
be misspelled. If so, run the job again with the
