Awww gee. Why not simply extend ZSCROLLN? Is there a new limit?
Is ZSCROLNL set even when the requested scroll amount is <9999?
(The APAR doesn't say it is.) So the programmer who wants to find
the real scroll amount must check for ZSCROLLN=9999 to determine
whether to use ZSCROLNL.
