Anyone try to open a new ticket today on Service Request?   IE9 here on WIN7, 
and it fails.  Both for me, and a team mate after you fill out the ticket, and 
click on open, comes back with the form emptied out, and error messages saying 
to fill in subject, problem text, etc.  Form is messed up too, SEV1 is gone, 
etc.  I find it hard to believe it is a global thing since no one else has said 
anything, however just as hard to believe it is a local thing either.
