Only if you try to run two or more UCF/Batch jobs thru the same CV.
Running multiple UCF/Batch jobs at the same time is not a problem as long as 
they are accessing different CVs.

If your CV SYSGEN specifies MULTIPLE SIGNONS IS NO then two simultaneous
UCFBATCH jobs will make a mess.  You'll have to find a way to serialize
those.
