BPH means Bulk Power Hub.
It's rather Ethernet switch, because one connects OSA OSM port to the
BPH, it's also connected to the SE's and TOR (Top OF Rack) switch in zBX
cabinet.
However the name suggests it's not regular ethertnet switich, also the
requirements to use dedicated (described in documentation) port number
for given connection. And physically it doesn't look liek just a switch.
Where can I find more information about it?
Any clue?
Another question:
Support Element use plenty of IP adresses, about 7 logically separate
networks (although most of them on same physical interface). Is anywhere
documented the purpose of those networks? Not to mentione there are two
"Customer Networks", where user is allowed to change the address. While
I understand the purpose of Customer Network 1 (communication to HMC), I
have no idea what's for the other network.
