Jake, JES2 automatic commands let you schedule a command on a number hours and minutes after last midnight. So you can schedule for today or any day in the future, just calculate how many hours and minutes after last midnight you want the command to be executed. T=36.00 is noon tomorrow. For scheduling on a fixed date/time we use SA timers.
