I"m looking for a Mainframe Developer with JOBTRAC at Georgetown, KY. Please let me know your interest. Duration: 8 Months+ consulting position General Description: The candidate works with project manager and users to design, develop, test and implementing changes to existing application logic. Candidate must have experience of developing applications using technical specifications. Must have experience to develop code and execute test cases, using existing documentation and by understanding the business needs during team meetings. Ensure built in quality with ownership. Strong Verbal and written communication skills. Requirements/Must Have: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a up to of 5 years of experience as a Mainframe Developer. . Must be able to work independently with minimal direction from project manager. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, as this person will be frequently communicating with teams in different geographical locations. Skills & Qualification: Minimum five years experience comprising of the below skills: Development experience in MVS JCL Experience in TSO/ISPF environment Knowledge about PL/1 and programming experience. Cobol knowledge and programming experience. DB2/MVS basic knowledge of tables and Sql. Experience with JOBTRAC and how to update JTS and create schedule. Nice to have IBM debug and File Manager knowledge/experience. Endeavor configuration process (moving in and out components). Experience in SPUFI / QMF for SQL on mainframe.
