Fine Manual search for BDAM utilization size calculation does not gives me
enough clues.
All blocks (records) in a BDAM data set are allocated when the data set
is initialized, so the utilization is 100%. If you want to know how many
have useful data, that's application dependent, and you would need a job
to read each record and decide whether it's wanted.
