The entry (PSW) key has no relationship to where in storage something can
reside unless that storage is fetch-protected or unless you want to store
into the module.

>For csvllix1 the exit manual says
>It get control in supervisor state
>But says nothing of the storage key

Manuals do not say anything about storage key for code. They discuss only
PSW key. Regardless, there is no mention of PSW key either, but there
should be. CSVLLIX1 (and CSVLLIX2) are both entered in PSW key 0. I will
get that updated.

>Does this mean CSVLLiX1 can reside anywhere in private

This question is a non-sequitur due to the misunderstanding about storage
key.
