Yes, I know, it's still for sale...
I've been looking to get it, as image or html+css, but all I could find are the
plain formats (green/white/green/white), whereas I "needed" the

======
type. In the end I resorted to scanning an old cut, and using Gimp I've now
created a little 1200x600 pixel image that seems to match the original
(landscape-format pages of 14 × 8½ inches) pretty well. It's made up of two
600x600 pixel images, with slight differences in the colors. I personally prefer
the left-hand side, although it seems a bit greener than the original scan.
