1) Set up an appropriate mgmtclas that includes the correct copy consistencies of the final destination. 2) Set up storage class to set the volumes for highest priority to clear from cache. 3) Build LIBRARY commands to alter the volumes MGMTCLAS & STORCLAS 4) Mount each and every volume in order from BVIR report as suggested by Graham
