So the DSA areas (pardon the redundancy) are fixed-size areas of Virtual Storage and CICS suballocates within them. The OP is talking about how much of a particular DSA (and several) is suballocated. And NOT how much of virtual available is allocated to DSA.
Or at least that would be the usual CICS-centric question - and I agree with Lizette that CICS-L is a more fertile place for this discussion.
