In z/OS 1.8, a new message (HASP715) has been created to list up to 5 such address spaces. The message will be refreshed regularly until all address spaces have done their return jobid. At that point, JES2 termination processing will continue
So, does $HASP608 ALL AVAILABLE FUNCTIONS COMPLETE ever display? Or are you stopped due to SYSLOG?
