TCP parms can be qualified with system names to allow a single TCP parms to be 
used for multiple systems. Review your TCP PROFILE and TCPDATA. I suspect the 
problem is in TCPDATA but that's only a guess.I suggest doing a search on the 
old system name. Since TCP has a search sequence for TCP parms, you may need to 
change multiple parm members.
