I am not sure what you are asking.

The RMFINTERVAL is defined in 2 places (as far as I am aware). 
The first is the SYNC parameter in ERBRMF00. This is (by custom) usually set to 
10 or 15 minute intervals (with 1 sample/second). 
SYNC(SMF) is a common value which says to use the INTVAL parameter in SMFPRMxx.

The post processor will also use the DINTV parameter to aggregate the (10 or 
15) minute intervals into larger "chunks" for reporting purposes.
