In our newly setup z/OS 2.1 system, we are not able to use telnet with 623 port
#telnet PROD1 623 Trying 10.35.35.18... telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused. I checked all files and proc related to telent but I am still not able to find the solution. It can not be a firewall issue, as in our older system its working.
