WTH is 'E3D0' ??

It doesn't exist. The correct question is "WTF is E317?", and *that*
is in the table.

In my opinion the table is defective since E3** should be flagged to note that the ** is not offset 1 but actually offset 5 in the instruction. Any instruction where the listed opcode is NOT the first nibbles of the instruction should be flagged to note the actual mapping. There are now a number of these instructions and they should be identified.
