Just a guess, but would it fix the errors if you simply reran the AUDIT command with FIX instead of NOFIX?

The dsn is not cataloged. I looked at the doc. In the Audit Repair Action it says "The unknown record is deleted (internally)" but in the Troubleshooting hints the column is blank.
