It is z/OS 01.12.00 What type of hardware It is IBM System Storage TS3400 Tape Library After some try the tape was initialized successfully And i'm not aware of the below content "Do a DS (Devser) command against your UCB and make sure it is the one it should be. Make sure your hardware for tape is described correctly in the IOGEN."
