However, once the TSOLIB is established it is OPENed, and as it is being OPENed the DEB is built which describes all the data sets in the concatenation at that time. After that even if you can add other data sets to the concatenation (and I do not know whether you can, or not) they will not be used, as they are not part of the DEB that was constructed during OPEN.
