With or without the terminal 'I' it is an abomination. I am delighted that google knows little about it, but there are circles in which it is now too common. (There may of course be an inside, coterie joke embedded in it: The high artificiality of the choice of 'H' and the second 'I' from 'inheritance' for inclusion in an acronym is suspicious.)
