You should not allocate separate profile datasets, they should be shared. Your
requirement for multiple sessions on a single LPAR withe the same id can be
satisfied with z/OSMF, which can open multiple ISPF windows on the same
LPAR. ISPF shared profile support is required for that feature.

Good point Dave, let me qualify by saying Liberty profile at z/OS V2R1.
I wouldn't consider it otherwise.
