The folks who support that server tell me a hardware problem that took
it down, and they are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
I also learned today that there is another URL, public.dhe.ibm.com, that
is redirected to an available server when one of them (such as
service.boulder.ibm.com) happens to be unavailable, as is the case this
morning. You might want to try that one, or begin using it instead.
