1) what version of z/OS?
2) What got the abend
Batch Job
USS process
CIC transaction
IMS Transaction
DB2 stored procedure
Etc....
Please post the CEE Dump output.

Also, what internet searches or manuals have your reviewed to resolve your
issue? It helps us to not provide the same information you have already
