If using SORT then you can use:
INREC IFTHEN=(WHEN=(4,2,CH,EQ,C' '),BUILD=(C'00',1,3,5,75)),
IFTHEN=(WHEN=(5,1,CH,EQ,C' '),BUILD=(C'0',1,4,5,75))
I only used IEHIBALL to syntax check that statement, but I think its
correct.
