R Reset and resume a job. (RMF)
RQ Reset and quiesce a job. (RMF)

Note: Reset will use the WLM assigned Service Class vs. the actual value it
might have been changed to ie. by over-typing the SrvClass column. For
example, BATCH to BATCHPR would revert back to the originally assigned BATCH.
I suspect it also affects the WorkLoad attribute in a similar manner. (I've
never changed that before; not about to try either. *grin*)

ps. Reset can be used on a non-quiesced item. The basic result is a return to
the initial WLM assigned SrvClass. Suppose you *could* use it for running
jobs/STC/etc when a new WLM policy is dynamically activated. (We hardly ever
do that here.)
