Nothing. The USEZOSV1R9RULES(N0) was supposed to have been included in the
previous weekend's IPL of RSU1409 maintenance (plus HIPERs, PE fixes, SECINTs
and "all" available PTFs for COBOL compilers and LE) but got "overlooked".
Thus, a "catch-up" IPL was scheduled when normally we IPL that lpar monthly, on
a "maintenance weekend".
