How do you define "accurate" ?. With 60 minute periods, you have to be aware of the effect of "averages of averages". I've never had any reason to doubt it. But I've never been in the situation of a CEC being part of 3 sysplexes. For a ring of monoplexes on a single CEC, the numbers appear sane. No reason to suspect otherwise in your case I would think.
