IEBCOPY is for PDS data sets. It won't copy VSAM. The true IEBGENER won't
copy VSAM either. But, in most shops, IEBGENER now invokes the SORT
product's alternative with the same name, such as ICEGENER for DFSORT. This
version of "IEBGENER" will copy VSAM. I would still go with IDCAMS REPRO.
I really doubt that much of anything else will work correctly _and_ perform
better.
