If you look at the manuals they can help you set up a process for post review 
on a different lpar.

Have you looked at the various options on the RMF ISPF Application? 

You can include dataset names in there.

You can also use the SMF records 70-79 to run batch RMF reports.

Are you a member of Share.org?  If so, there are presentations on RMF on the 
SHARE.ORG website.
