What does TSO ISPF ISMF 2 (volumes) 1 (DASD) show?
95TB of volumes and an average of 50% used?
Or a quickref space list giving the above values?

Perhaps set some low utilized SMS volumes to Q,N then D,N and migrate
the datasets on the volumes until empty so you have more spare?

Perhaps consolidate some non-SMS volumes to other volumes then mark
them as spares?

With thin provisioning, you can over allocate the space but risk
running out if your actual usage exceeds the actual installed
capacity. Maybe allocate another 20TB in volumes?
