In the UNIX System Services Planning manual, there is a section called 'Copying 
configuration files', which has a list of files that should be copied from 
/sample to various other directories.  /etc/magic is one of these files.

                  We recently installed z/OS 2.1 and  I don't find /etc/magic 
file in this system. But its available in old systems. Can you please help, if 
I need to create manually or any other way .
