Have you done any searches on www.ibm.com, IBM ISPF Manuals or internet searches?
What DD statement in ISPF does this library get allocated to? That can tell you a lot about the dataset. Since the library name is SISP T ENU - SISP means an IBM ISPF Shipped library. Have you looked at the ISPF Manuals?
