You might do it in a single step with BPXWUNIX, but even that would
require a supporting member in a SYSEXEC library.

If your site has Infoprint licensed, you can use AOPBATCH which is a
replacement for BPXBATCH without the STDIN limitation.  It is my
understanding that AOPBATCH is delivered with base z/OS, even
without Infoprint.  Ask your OCC whether you may use it.
