As of z/OS V2 and the current PL/I, are these mapping macros, or
replacements, available to customers?

The first four are from the PL/I Resident and Transient libraries, and
may have been replaced by LE equivalents. The last two pertain to
SAM-E, which has been part of the base for a long time.
