It's unlikely you'll find every possible option itemised to the level Kees did for you. Certain amount of extrapolation expected methinks. The whole design of the WLM ISPF application is appalling when viewed from todays vantage. We've discussed this before. The z/OSMF plugin may cure the world - others will have to comment on that.
