OH, no reason. It's been that way "forever". Since we specify region on all the jobs, we kind of considered that parameter "obsolete" if you know what I mean since it never affected anything. We will probably change it. Since the TSO address spaces always have a region, I wouldn't think that changing MEMLIMIT in SMFPRMxx would have no effect. Neal
