I believe there was a company in the UK called Software Migrations Ltd. (SML) that might be able to help. If all you have is the load modules, and you strongly need to rebuild the source, you might use AMBLIST to determine the CSECT names, and then use the Disassembler from the High Level Assembler Toolkit to generate assembler code, which might be easier to migrate or rewrite in Fortran.
