CSA by itself covers everything - above and below the bar. Your preferences will exclude data above the bar for ASIDs not in the dump. Me, I always want as much as I can get in a dump - there's generally a reason a dump is taken, and it may not be reproducable. Unless you are having issues with the size of dumps, I say leave it as-is.
