Caveat:  insert the delay for daily digestion here...  I deleted John's

John:  are you seeing actual multiple VVDS's or multiple extents of a single 
VVDS?  

If truly multiples, you could try IdcAms Diagnose VVDS to see what 
results/recommendations come out.  Don't have real experience in that area so 
am not sure exactly how you'd get IdcAms to differentiate between the 
individual VVDS's.  Just a thought.
