Thanks for all the ideas! Thank you Lizette for always pointing us to the right place :)
The Rexx CGI is started by using the browser to access the web server on a specific path, it's not started by JCL and I'd rather not use internal reader to submit a job, that seems too convoluted. It is an OMVS rexx like you first stated Gil, I will try calling another TSO exec that starts ISPF. I really like the idea of using PDS86 as well, thanks Peter! I'll try that I'll get back after I've done a few tests. Thanks again! Is the Rexx CGI started by JCL? Would it even run in the same address space as something started by JCL? -- gil ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN
