Unfortunately no. This appendix doesn't appear to discuss this particular EMV process. I'm thinking it's because the process to validate (or really to generate) an EMV cryptogram is "simply" a matter of concatenating a series of hexadecimal data elements together and then generating a hash over them. I'm wanting more details on the specifics, but I'm thinking ICSF doesn't have a particular EMV-specialized service for this, and thus they don't discuss it at all.
But I imagine there must be someone out there who has used ICSF for this?!
