I took the parm out and still encountered 
Problems seems like debug tool cannt locate 
My listing 
I assembled producing adata going to
SYSADATA dd
Ran the eqalangx utility 
With that as in and out producing the eqalangx File

In my run Jcl EQADEBUG points to this
