Thanks for the article. I have a long time friend who was thinking of interviewing there, I had heard "rumors" and suggested before she accept the job she should better interview the people she would be working for. She did and came to agree with my rumors. She did not take the job, it would have been a disaster as there are zero jobs in the area.
