Back to my Notify for TSO user(s) on you have FILE to receive.
The TSO Customization references JES2 Exit 13. Apparently with z/OS 2.1 that exit is gone.
It also appears that we do not get notifications to a user who is in the same MAS when an XMIT is done to them. But we do if the XMIT is done from a member not in the MAS to a user in a different MAS (Think of two sysplexes where there is communications between the two, and a transmit is done from user ABC in PLEX1 to XYZ in PLEX2).
It is only in inter-mas transmit/receive that the receiving TSO user is getting notified.
I've been scanning and doing searches both in IBM-Main archives and CBTTAPE.ORG for an exit for this.
Does anyone know which one is the preferred exit in JES2 to make this happen, and where I might find a sample of same?
