I have missed something in the IODF regarding the 'entry link address', I have
done this before and I cannot see what was the missing bit?
There are 4 FICON switches.

I would expect to see in the 'D M=DEV(400)' as the
ENTRY LINK ADDRESS for CHPID 52 '1008' and for
CHPID 4D '0108'
