As you have discovered, there is no LIST or REPORT command that will do what you want. However, use the BUILDMCS command for your desired FMID, then check out the BUILDMCS Entry Summary Report, as it will identify the DDDEF entries needed for that FMID, in addition to all the other entries associated with the FMID.
