It's been a while but they do provide partial support-it may have gotten  
better. The person you need to talk to is the 'Environmental Specialist'. 
Will  provide Auto-cad with physical layout, Power requirements in KVA and
thermal in BTU's for IBM equipment.
 
Depending on how far you want to go. We ended up going a lot farther. Using 
 the layering facilities of AutoCad to add in OEM equipment and the cabling 
from  HCD. Ended up producing the graphical layout in PS format and sending 
it to  Auto-Cad it looked like a postage stamp but on a big screen it comes 
out  OK.
 
Helps to have a wide-bed plotter handy.
